The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MyHome in Canberra Inc. was held on Thursday 2 December, attended by members and supporters.
It began with our President, Shukry Sahhar, welcoming everyone and mentioning the main developments in the last year which were described in his written report.
Then Dan Stewart of Purdon Planning described, and answered questions about, the Indicative Development Plan which Cox Architecture and Purdon Planning have together prepared for the site in Curtin ACT proposed for MyHome. A separate news item will be posted about that.
Reports submitted were –
- President’s Report for AGM 2021
- Treasurer’s report on finances in 2020-21
- Webmaster’s report for the last year.
Because just one nomination had been received for each of the positions in the management committee, the following were taken to be elected:
- President Shukry Sahhar
- Vice-President Pauline Sullivan
- Treasurer Bob Ellison
- Secretary John Eyers
- Member Barbara Fogarty
- Member Matt Jackson
- Member Robin Stanton.
